Between the Schedule, Travel, Registry sections, and our very own help website, we hope that most questions are covered by Joy. However, there’s always a chance that a small detail about your wedding experience just doesn’t fit anywhere perfectly. Or despite your best efforts, guests are still confused. That’s why we’ve created a “Guest Q & A” section of your app and website. You can use this page to address any concerns you anticipate guests having or use it to direct them to other sections of the Joy!
To get started, first navigate to ‘Guest Q&A’ from your admin dashboard.
There are a few things to edit in this section:
First, feel free to change the Note for your Q&A’s located at the top of the page. You can do this by clicking the pencil icon to the right of the greeting, and then the checkmark when you’re finished.
Next, you’ll notice a series of pre-set questions we thought might be useful. If you want to keep the pre-set questions, click in the answer field and fill in your answer (don’t forget to save!). To remove a question, hover your cursor over the unwanted prompt and click the “x” that appears to the right. If you want to change the order of the questions, click the arrow button to move them up or down.
Have a question in mind but not seeing it? Click on ‘Add Question.’ The dialogue box that appears contains a bank of potential questions for you to answer.
You can also add a custom question: scroll down to the bottom of the Q & A bank, click “Add Your Own FAQ” and you’ll see a text field to add your own quesion. You should see the new question appear at the bottom of your FAQ list on the main page.
When all is said and done, don’t forget to save!
