If you’re on the app, you can access this by opening your “Menu” and selecting the “Get Help” option.
We have staff available from 7 am to 8 pm PST Monday-Friday, and you should expect a response within a couple hours of your initial contact. Since we need to eat, and some of us (sort of) have personal lives, please give us a few hours to respond after-hours and over the weekend.
We take feedback very seriously here at Joy and rely on our customers to tell us what’s working and what isn’t. That being said, if you really wish Joy could do something to make your life easier, or one of our features just won’t work for you no matter what you try, please let us know! We can’t give you a free honeymoon or prize money in exchange, but we’ll do our best to improve the experience as quickly as possible!
