Even if you’re a communication captain, some guests might still be adrift in a sea of confusion. Enter the “Guest Q & A”
Let’s get sailing:
Your first stop is the Guest Q & A Page. You can get there from the Edit Pages icon on the guest list dashboard.
Q & A Note
Get creative and tweak the Note for your Q&A section. Just click the pencil icon next to the greeting and give it your personal touch. When you’re satisfied, hit that checkmark.
Managing the questions and answers
You’ll find a series of ready-to-go questions. To keep them, tap into the answer field and type your response (don’t forget to save!). To send a question off into the sunset, hover over it and click the “x” that pops up. If you’re feeling like a puzzle master, rearrange the questions using the arrow button.
Do you have a question brewing in your mind that isn’t on the list? Time to explore ‘Add Question.’ A dialog box awaits, packed with a bunch of potential questions to tackle.
Or unleash your creative spirit: Scroll down to the bottom of the Q & A lineup, tap “Add Your Own FAQ,” and voilà – a text field ready for your question. Watch your new question join the FAQ party at the bottom of the list.
Once you’ve added your special touch, don’t forget to save your creation!
