Our Price Match Promise

At Joy, we’re all about making sure our couples and guests get the best bang for their buck. If you happen to come across a better price on a qualifying product from one of our eligible retailers within 48 hours of making your order, reach out to us with the product’s URL, and we’ll be more than happy to match that price for you. Here are the ins and outs of what you need to qualify for our price matching:

Eligibility

• The product must be identical to the one sold by Joy, including size, color, and model number.
• The product must be in stock and available for purchase from both Joy and the retailers website.
• The lower price must be publicly advertised and available to all customers. It cannot be a promotional or exclusive price offered to a select group of customers.
• The lower price must be verifiable by our customer service team.

Exclusions

Gift cards and experiences, items synced or transferred from external retailers, Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales, refurbished or pre-owned items, items sold through third-party sellers or marketplaces, rent-to-own or lease-to-own items, prices that require membership or subscription to obtain, special or limited-time promotions such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals, typographical errors in pricing, sales tax promotions or offers, coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, and free items are all excluded from price matching.

How it works

To request a price match, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. Our team will verify the lower price and adjust your order accordingly. Please note that price matching cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Price matching applies to the price of eligible merchandise sold directly by Joy and cannot be used with special promotion codes or other coupons including the completion discount. We reserve the right to modify or cancel our price-matching policy at any time without prior notice.
