Manually Share Your Event Password and URL

The invitation and general emails are the easiest ways to give guests all of the information they’ll need for accessing your website and mobile app. But, we know there will inevitably be that person who claims they never got the email or a family member who gets so overwhelmed by the instructions that they start texting you directly with incessant questions. In these situations, it might be best to just give the website URL, event password (if you have part of your site set to private), and instructions manually.

On the right-hand side of your admin dashboard, you’ll see your preview section and at the bottom a “Share” button.

It will allow you to send out your website information in a few ways. If you want to manually send out your information just click on the ‘Copy URL and Password.’

Feel free to give this information in whatever way is most convenient – text, email, or carrier pigeon. If confusion persists, send them our way! We’ll see if we can help.
