If you created an event on Joy, but when you sign in, your account page says “there are no events” (like below), what happened?
As this screen explains, the most likely reason is that you need to sign in a different way. For example, signing in with email/password is completely different than signing in with Google — even if you’re referencing the same Gmail address.
To access and edit your event, you need to sign in with the same method (email/password, Google, or Facebook) that you did when you originally created your event.
If you don’t remember how you signed in originally, you can check your email. When you created your event, you received an email from “Joy Team” with subject “Welcome to Joy”, and that email includes how you originally signed in (e.g. with email/password, or with Google, or with Facebook.)
