If you are having trouble unlocking a Joy website because the password is not working, the couple may have either changed their event password after sending you a save the date or invite, or there may have been a typo in the event password that they originally provided.
First, you should reference the invite you received. Couples will either print the password on their invites or save the dates, or they will include it on their electronic invite (via email, text message, social media, etc).
If the couple sent you an e-card invitation through the Joy site, the password will be included on the back side of the Joy e-card invitation, as seen below:
If you have double-checked the event password that the couple provided, and you still can’t access the website, you will need to contact the couple directly to find out if they changed their password, or if there was a mistake with the one they sent to you. (We cannot provide couple’s event passwords).
