When you first add a cash fund to your Joy registry, you will be asked to include your PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App link. Your guests will be able to contribute to your cash fund via whichever payment method you selected.

To transfer your PayPal funds to your bank account, you’ll want to log in to your PayPal account and have a bank account already linked. Click on ‘Transfer Money.’

To transfer your Venmo funds to your bank account, you’ll want to open the Venmo app on your phone or log in to your Venmo account. Tap the profile icon in the lower-left corner of the app, ‘Manage Balance,’ then ‘Transfer to Bank.’

To transfer your Cash App funds to your bank account, you’ll want to open the Cash App on your phone. Tap the ‘home’ icon in the lower-left corner of the app, then the ‘Cash Out’ button.

As long as your guests complete the transaction the money will be instantly deposited into your Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp account. If you don’t see the money in your account, it’s most likely your guest(s) didn’t complete the transaction.
