How Will Our Funds Be Transferred to Our Bank Account?

Picture this: when you create a cash fund, we’ll ask for your PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App link. Armed with these links, your dear guests can start the giving spree using your linked payment platform. Once those funds are transferred to the selected payment platform, you’ll need to transfer them to your bank account.

Just so you know, Joy and these apps are like friendly neighbors – we won’t meddle in your funds.

PayPal

To send your PayPal funds home to your bank account, log in to PayPal. Make sure your bank account is already linked. Then, tap ‘Transfer Money.’

For all the details, check out PayPal’s page.

Venmo

For Venmo transfers, open the app or log in. Tap the profile icon in the app’s lower-left corner, go to ‘Manage Balance,’ and choose ‘Transfer to Bank.’

For more info, hop over to Venmo’s page.

CashApp

Ready to cash in? Open Cash App on your phone, tap the ‘home’ icon down there, and hit ‘Cash Out.’

For the full rundown, explore Cash App’s page.

As long as your guests complete the transaction, the cash will zoom into your Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App account. If it doesn’t appear, they might’ve had second thoughts and didn’t finish the deal.

Please Note: Joy is not affiliated with PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App and we do not have internal specifics on their policies. For further details on international accounts, currency exchange fees and general information, please click here for Paypal, here for Venmo, and here for Cash App.
