Where do the products in the Joy Catalog come from?
Ever wonder where the fantastic finds in the Joy Catalog hang out before landing on your registry? They’re basically globetrotters, collected from the internet’s finest retailers! 🌐✈️ But here’s the kicker – most of these treasures are also Joy’s VIP guests, sold and shipped by Joy directly. That means your guests can shop with ease, and your gifts will find their way to your doorstep without a hitch!
How do I handle returns/exchanges?
Using the Joy catalog for your wedding gifts is a breeze, and guess what? Easy returns and exchanges are part of the package, courtesy of Joy! When your guests buy something, it’s like a one-stop shop on Joy, so they don’t have to leave the site.
You’ll get a special Joy order number in the “Tracking” tab on the registry manage page. Just share that number with our support team, and they’ll handle the rest! If you can’t find the order number, no problem – send us the product name, and we’ll sort it out.
Quick note: If it’s an item from an external retailer (like Amazon), you’d need to go through them for returns. Joy’s got your back for the things we handle!
What if I can’t find what I’m looking for in the catalog?
With Joy, you can add any product from anywhere you want! Learn more about adding individual products to your Joy registry or how you can link registries to your Joy registry.
