How it works

  • Explore our treasure trove of products or pick your favorite categories.
  • When you fall in love, hit “Add to Registry” to make it yours or click the item for details.
  • Go to the “Manage” tab to see all your chosen treasures.
  • Get creative: adjust gift quantities and leave sweet notes for your guests.

That means your guests can shop with ease, and your gifts will find their way to your doorstep without a hitch!

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for in the catalog?

With Joy, you can add any product from anywhere you want! Learn more about adding individual products to your Joy registry or how you can link registries to your Joy registry. How do I handle returns/exchanges?


Using the Joy catalog for your wedding gifts is a breeze, and guess what? Easy returns and exchanges are part of the package, courtesy of Joy! When your guests buy something, it’s like a one-stop shop on Joy, so they don’t have to leave the site.

You’ll get a special Joy order number in the “Tracking” tab on the registry manage page. Just share that number with our support team, and they’ll handle the rest! If you can’t find the order number, no problem – send us the product name, and we’ll sort it out.

Quick note: If it’s an item from an external retailer (like Amazon), you’d need to go through them for returns. Joy’s got your back for the things we handle!
