Connecting a Domain Name You Purchased Somewhere Else to Your Wedding Website

If you did not purchase your custom domain through Joy, you’ll need to log in to the provider where you purchased your domain to set up forwarding between your custom domain and your Joy wedding website.

Unfortunately, that process is managed by your domain provider, something that Joy Customer Service does not have access to.

If you purchased a domain from a provider that is not mentioned here, try searching online for “Your Domain Provider’s Name Website Forwarding,” and the instructions should appear in the search results.
