At Joy, we believe that the security of your website is extremely important. With our personalized event password, you can easily post your wedding URL without revealing logistics to would-be crashers.
To change your password, go to your Settings page from your admin dashboard. At the top of Settings, click on the “Security & Privacy” tab and you’ll see the event password towards the top of the page. Click inside the password text field and type your new password:
Be sure to click on ‘Save’ when you’re done making changes!
***Please note that guests will also no longer be able to use your previous event password to unlock your site, so if you change your password, you’ll need to notify them of the change. Or you’ll want to make sure you don’t change your event password if you’ve already shared it with your guests.
