Do you want to give your guests plus ones? Or do you want to group guests into couples, parties, and families? If so, we have you covered!
To add plus ones to your guest list, navigate to your Guest List page from your admin dashboard. Once you’re on the guest list, you will see the ‘plus ones’ column at the top of the guest list:

If you want to add plus ones to a specific guest, click on the number in the plus one column for that guest, and a drop-down menu will appear. You can then select the number of guests or plus ones you want to add for that guest:

This will add a blank plus one. You can either fill in a name by clicking in the blank field or leave it blank. If you leave it blank your guest will be able to fill in their plus ones name when they RSVP and that name will populate on your guest list.

You can also do this to add a family:

Once guests are grouped together in couples, parties, and families, they will be able to see and RSVP for everyone in the party.
If you have multiple people in the party with emails, be sure to select all when sending out your invites so they can receive them too.

Once you send out the invite, rest assured the invite greeting will still be addressed to the entire family regardless of whether or not you have an email address listed for each of the guests. If you’ve given guests blank plus ones the invites will be addressed to your guests name “and guest.”
From their invite, your guests will be able to fill out their own RSVP, and RSVP for their family or guests (as shown below).

Want to group two guests into one party?
You’ll first want to choose and select the guests you want to add to a party. (E.g. Emily and Richard). Next, click on Create Party. If the button is grayed out, it’s likely you don’t have any guests selected yet.

There you have it! A party! The party will be denoted by a gray circle around the guest icons.

Allowing guests to add their own +1s:
If you want to give your guests the ability to add their own plus ones without restriction, go to Guest List from your admin dashboard. From there, click on the gear symbol in the upper right corner. Toggle the button for “Allow Any Guest to Add +1s” on (purple), or off (gray), depending on your preferences.

When you have this setting turned on, you do not need to assign plus ones to your guests in advance. This allows your guest list to be more open, so please keep that in mind when turning this setting on.
When your guests RSVP and you have this setting turned on, then they will be asked to indicate the number of guests in their party, as seen below:

After increasing their party size, they can click on the “Respond” button next to any of their guests (or themselves) to respond on the next page. They can also click on “Add Another Guest” or “Edit Party Size” in case they need to add or remove any guests.
