Our Price Match Promise
We want to ensure that our new parents and their friends get the best possible prices on the products we offer. If you find an everyday lower price for a qualifying product from an eligible retailer, contact us within 48 hours of placing the order with the URL to the product and we will gladly match that price. To qualify for price matching, the following terms and conditions apply:
Eligibility
- The product must be identical to the one sold by Joy, including size, color, and model number.
- The product must be in stock and available for purchase from both Joy and the retailer’s website.
- The lower price must be publicly advertised and available to all customers. It cannot be a promotional or exclusive price offered to a select group of customers.
- The lower price must be verifiable by our customer service team.

- Amazon (Shipped and sold by Amazon; no marketplace pricing)
- Bed Bath & Beyond
- Crate & Barrel
- Macy’s
- Pottery Barn
- Sears
- Target
- Walmart (Shipped and sold by Walmart; no marketplace pricing)
- Wayfair
- West Elm
Exclusions
Gift cards and experiences, items synced or transferred from external retailers, Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales, refurbished or pre-owned items, items sold through third-party sellers or marketplaces, rent-to-own or lease-to-own items, prices that require membership or subscription to obtain, special or limited-time promotions such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals, typographical errors in pricing, sales tax promotions or offers, coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, and free items are all excluded from price matching.
How it works
To request a price match, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. Our team will verify the lower price and adjust your order accordingly. Please note that price matching cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Price matching applies to the price of eligible merchandise sold directly by Joy and cannot be used with special promotion codes or other coupons including the completion discount. We reserve the right to modify or cancel our price-matching policy at any time without prior notice.
