I Have Food Allergies, but the RSVP Won’t Allow Me to Add Them. What Should I Do?

If the couple’s RSVP form doesn’t include a section for allergies, it’s time to reach out to them directly. There are a couple of ways to get in touch:

  • Responding via Direct Channels: Reply directly to the save the date, invitation eCard, or any other emails sent by the couple through Joy. Your message will reach them via email. But remember, avoid responding to RSVP confirmations or event details emails, as they are directed to Joy’s support team, not the couple.
  • Messaging Hosts Through Event Details Email: If you’ve already RSVP’d, check for the Event Details Email you should have received. This email provides links to the couple’s site and offers the “Message Hosts” feature, allowing you to send an email directly to the couple.
  • Exploring the Website for Contact Info: Couples sometimes share their contact information on the Q&A page or another section of their site. Take a moment to explore their website and locate any contact details they might have provided.
