It’s like unwrapping a series of surprises as your guests confirm their presence. Whether you’re using Joy as your official RSVP tool or you’re simply checking out who’s coming, exploring RSVP responses is a piece of cake.
Here’s how to dive in.
- Click ‘Guest List’ from the admin dashboard.
- Each question you ask has its own dedicated column where you’ll see guest responses (i.e. RSVP, Meal Choice, etc.).
- Depending on the number of questions you asked, you may need to scroll to the far right to see all responses.
- To get the full scoop on a guest – including their contact info and RSVP responses – just tap their profile avatar beside their name.
Managing questions and responses like a pro
- Adding RSVP Questions: Head straight to the “Manage RSVP ” page via the admin dashboard.
- Export your guest list: Utilize the “Export All Guests” button resting on the guest list toolbar. This nifty feature bundles up the entire guest list into a .CSV file that can be converted to Excel.
- Tweak or delete responses on the guest list: Locate the “RSVP” column for that guest on your guest list, click it, and voilà – a drop-down menu appears. Here, you can tweak responses, delete them, or do whatever suits your RSVP fancy.
