What happens if my guests aren’t found on the guest list?
Don’t worry! If your guests enter the wrong spelling of the name, (for instance typed John instead of Johnny) Joy will notify them and give them the option of messaging you. You will receive an email saying that this person attempted to RSVP with the wrong name.You have the option of updating their name to match what they wrote and having them try again or you can reply to the email and let them know what name they need to RSVP with.
Once they make the adjustment, they will be able to RSVP with no problems!
